LEOPARDS will be up against Great Britain captain Drew Sullivan when they host London Lions in the Battle of the Big Cats this Friday.
Tip-off at the Brentwood Centre is at 8pm, with Robert Youngblood’s side also in action at the same venue on Sunday when they host Barking Abbey in the National Cup first round, tip-off 4pm.
Sullivan is GB’s most capped player have played 98 times since the team was reformed in 2006, and he also picked up 15 England caps before then.
He has won every honour in the domestic game, and he has also played against the Big Cats for Leicester Riders and Mersey Tigers, and well as playing for London Towers against the original Leopards at the start of his career.
Leopards made the perfect start to life at Harlow Leisure Zone with a 108-51 victory against Philippines Select, on Sunday.
