A free family festival at Anglia Ruskin University on Saturday, October 1 promises to both open your eyes and tickle your taste buds.

The Festival for the Senses event at the Chelmsford campus features a host of activities for people of all ages, including circus and pottery workshops, a puppet show, arts and crafts, and live music. Visitors can take on the giant buzz wire, and there will also be a fun photo booth with free pictures.

Rachel Moss, Public Engagement Officer at Anglia Ruskin University, said: “Our second annual Festival for the Senses will give people of all ages the chance to get creative, explore their senses and enjoy plenty of fun experiences.

“There will be something for everyone, and we’re really looking forward to welcoming as many people as possible onto our Chelmsford campus.”

The event will take place from 10am until 2pm. Refreshments will be available all day. For further details, visit anglia.ac.uk/communityevents

The event will coincide with an open day where people can find out more about studying at Anglia Ruskin.
