WEST Ham United will play their first league match at the Olympic Stadium in Stratford as they host Bournemouth in the Premier League.

The Hammers have already hosted a Europa League qualifier and a friendly versus Juventus at their new home, but Sunday's match will be the most high-profile since leaving the Boleyn Ground in May.

Fans complained of a lack of train services from Essex for the Juventus match two weeks ago, but train operators have made attempts to ensure fans can get to the Bournemouth match more easily.

Here's your guide to getting to and from the match from Essex:

Abellio Greater Anglia

The operator will be running longer trains and calling at more stations due to the match.

The 1pm Norwich to Liverpool Street will call additionally at Stratford, while the 1.19pm, 1.49pm and 2.19pm trains from Southend Victoria to Liverpool Street will run with eight carriages.

The 1.09pm service from Ipswich to Liverpool Street will run with 12 coaches from Colchester, while the 1.35pm Clacton to Liverpool Street service will run as 12 cars throughout.

Additional trains will also run to cope with football fans, including trains from Southend Victoria at 1.34pm and 2.04pm and Chelmsford at 2.54pm.

The 6.30pm and 7.30pm Liverpool Street to Norwich services will call additionally at Stratford, the 6.08pm Liverpool Street to Ipswich and the 6.38pm Liverpool Street to Clacton services will be strengthened to 12 cars until Colchester.

There will also be additional 6.03pm and 6.35pm Liverpool Street to Southend Victoria 12 car services.

After the game finishes spectators attending the match are advised to allow 30 minutes walking time between leaving the stadium and reaching the stations.

The rail operator is warning services will be particularly busy between noon and 3.30pm pre-match, and 6.15pm to 9pm post-match.

Crowd control measures will be in place at Stratford station, particularly after the game.

Due to the number of fans expected to be travelling to the game, c2c will be running additional eight-coach trains on Sunday.
