Thieves drive van into shop and steal bottle of whisky
THIEVES drove a van into a post office and stole a bottle of whisky.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a burglary at the Post Office in Stock High Street earlier this morning.
A white van was driven in to the doors of the Post Office at 2.45am to enable four suspects to gain entry.
The four suspects had their faces covered.
Anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area during the early hours of this morning is asked to contact police at Chelmsford on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
