A GLAMOUR model has sadly died after allegedly being pushed out of a balcony, while two suspects have been arrested in connection with her death.

Aimee Spencer, 27, who used to live in Brentwood suffered fatal injuries after falling from the balcony in Brighton on Sunday July 10.

Miss Spencer, who went by the stage name Carla Mai and appeared on Geordie Shore, died from her injuries at the Royal Sussex County Hospital on Monday July 18.

In a heartfelt public statement, her family tweeted: “Our beautiful, quirky, one-off daughter, sister and friend sadly passed away at 4.47pm on Monday July 18.
 

“If Facebook and Twitter comments are anything to go by her legacy she leaves behind are memories for friends and family alike that were lucky enough to share in her fun and enthusiasm for life and the loyalty shown to those she cared about.

A budding chef, Miss Spencer would share recipes with her friends via Facebook.

Police were called to Chichester Terrace on Brighton seafront at about 9am on Monday July 11.

A 28-year-old man from Brighton was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following the incident. A 28-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.

Both have been released on bail until September 5.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said: "The 27-year-old woman who fell from a window of a Brighton flat has sadly died from her injuries at the Royal Sussex County Hospital on Monday, July 18.

"The woman had been in a critical condition since she was discovered having fallen from the first-floor flat window in Chichester Terrace on Monday, July 11 at 9.08am.

"Officers are continuing to investigate the circumstances of how she fell from the window.

"A 28-year-old Brighton man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and a 28-year-old woman from Brighton who was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled class A drug have been questioned and released on bail until September 5."
