Fire crews called as lightning strikes Hutton house
Firefighters were called to a house in Hutton where lightning had struck a TV aerial.
Crews attended an address in Rayleigh Road at 2am today.
An Essex County Fire and Rescue spokesman said: "On attending crews found no fire but a water pipe in the property's loft had been damaged by the strike and burst.
"No further action was required."
